The plans differ in scope and in how quickly we respond. Basic covers refresh and error monitoring, report changes and a quarterly review, with a response within two working days. Standard adds capacity and cost monitoring, with a response within one working day. Plus also adds new report development, with a response the same working day.
Data Care costs from €1,050 a month, excl. VAT. The minimum term is 3 months, after that you can cancel without penalty on 1 month's notice. You keep buying licenses yourself, Data Care doesn't tie you to any.
